21 June 2010 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint-media" or "the Company") Potential sale of Patent
iPoint-media plc (AIM:IPNT) announced on 4 June 2010 that it had initiated the process to monetize some of the value locked in certain of its non-core intellectual property. In order to be able to do so, the Company had to ask holders of its loan notes for permission to sell its patent "Method and Device for Simultaneous Distribution of Video Voice and Data" (Patent No. US 7,626,949 B2) in a loan note holder meeting which was held today.
At today's Noteholders' meeting the Noteholders gave their consent to a sale ofthe above mentioned patent.
