17 November 2010 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint-media" or "the Company") Directorate Change
The Company announces that at a board meeting held on the 15 November 2010, Robert Hayim was appointed as a non-executive director of the board of directors of iPoint (the "Board") with immediate effect.
Mr. Hayim, aged 54, has been a partner with CSS Capital Managers LLP since 2006 where he is responsible for supervision of private equity portfolio investments. Mr. Hayim has been involved in a number of start-up of technology businesses in the financial markets. He founded and was managing director of E-Vote Limited from 1997 to 2000, founded Data Source Limited in 1995 and was Managing Director until 1998. From 1991 to 1994 he was with Thomson Financial Ltd. as general manager of the electronics settlements group, and prior to that as business development director for North America. From 1987 to 1988 he was sales and business development director of Financial Telecommunications Ltd and from 1981 to 1987 he was with IP Sharp & Associates, a multinational computer services company. Mr Hayim has a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds (1977) and an MBA in management and finance from the Bradford Management Centre (1981).

Robert Hayim resigned as a director of Gastrodrome Restaurants Limited ("GRL") in March 2006. In June 2006 GRL went into administration. The process was subsequently changed to a liquidation and GRL eventually struck from Companies' House register in September 2008. There are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of schedule 2 of the AIM Rules
