11 August 2010 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint-media" or "the Company") Directorate Change
The Company announces that Efraim Sagi, non-executive director, has resigned as chairman of the board of directors of iPoint (the "Board") with effect from 10 August 2010. Mr. Sagi, who also serves as the President and Chief Executive of Nisko Industries (1992) Ltd and as the Chief Executive of Nisko Projects Electronics & Communications (1999) Ltd, is stepping down to focus on his commitments to the Nisko group.
Mr. Sagi has served as non-executive chairman of the Company since September 2006 and the Board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution during that period. The Company is currently searching for a suitable replacement for Mr. Sagi.
