Issue ofΒ Equity
The Company is pleased to announce thatΒ it has raised Β£25,000Β by way of a placing ofΒ 2,500,000Β new ordinary shares ofΒ 0.1p each ("Placing Shares") atΒ 1p per share (the "Placing").
Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings in the Placing Shares is expected to commence onΒ 17Β September 2009.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Placing Shares, will beΒ 330,204,007Β Ordinary SharesΒ .
The proceeds of the Placing will be used toΒ fund the ongoing exploration activities of the Company.
