Cross-Listing Completion and AIX Trading Launch

Eurasia Mining PLC ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the iridium, osmium, palladium, platinum, rhodium, ruthenium and gold mining company is pleased to announce Astana International Exchange (AIX) cross-listing completion and AIX trading launch.

Highlights:

· Eurasia's ordinary shares have been listed and are admitted to regular trading on AIX with the trading expected to commence on 16 July 2025.

· Eurasia's shares will be traded under the ticker "EUA" with quotation and settlements in GBP, i.e. the closing price of 5p as of 15 July 2025 will be quoted as 0.05GBP (1 GBP = 100p).

· The Company's shares will be fully fungible between London Stock Exchange and AIX.

· No new shares will be issued in relation to the cross-listing.

As previously announced, trading of Eurasia's shares on AIX in Kazakhstan will run concurrently with trading in London, with the AIX market makers having direct and/or indirect (via Euroclear) access to the CREST trading system which will facilitate the purchase of shares in the market on AIM and the move of these same shares to AIX to maintain appropriate liquidity on AIX, which is an obligation of AIX market makers to the Company and the AIX.
