(the "Offer") Further to Eurotunnel's announcement on 5 April 2007 that the French marketauthority, Autorite des marches financiers ("AMF"), had confirmed compliance ofthe Offer with its General Regulations on 4 April 2007, and as provided in theOffer Document published in connection with the Offer, GET SA now confirms thatthe AMF, pursuant to article 231-32 and 232-2 of its General Regulations,announced on 6 April 2007 that the Offer will initially be open for acceptancesfrom 10 April 2007 (the "Offer Opening Date") to 15 May 2007 (the "Offer ClosingDate"). The Prospectus, comprising the Registration Document, registered by the AMFunder no. i-07.021 on 21 March 2007 and the Securities Note registered by theAMF under no. 07-113 on 4 April 2007, and the Offer Document registered by theAMF under no. 07-112 on 4 April 2007, have been posted to registered holders ofEurotunnel Units (other than certain overseas unitholders) today.
