The crossing of the threshold follows the off-market acquisition of 64,586,426 shares of Eutelsat Communications S.A. by the French State, acting through the Agence des participations de l'Etat, from Bpifrance Participations S.A., carried out on 3 July 2025. This acquisition was carried out as part of the Company's contemplated equity raising, as described in the press release published on the Company's website on 19 June 2025, through two capital increases, the first for an amount of €716 million, reserved for the Agence des participations de l'Etat and the Eutelsat Communications S.A.'s reference shareholders and the second for an amount of €634 million, with preferential subscription rights.
