esure Group plc: Director's Dealing - Acquisition of Shares

The Company was notified on 14 August 2015 that on the same date Martin Pike, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1/12 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 235.5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Martin Pike holds a beneficial interest in the Company of 40,0000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0095% of the Company's issued share capital.
