Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and/or their Connected Persons

The following transfers of shares have taken place:

Anthony Hobson, a Non-Executive Director transferred 232,519 esure Group plc Ordinary Shares, representing 0.056% of the Company's issued share capital, to his wife, Mrs Ingrid Hobson. Following this transfer, Mr Hobson retains a beneficial interest in 236,187 esure Group plc Ordinary Shares representing 0.057% of the Company's issued share capital.

Stuart Vann, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 750,000 esure Group plc Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital, to his wife, Mrs Shirley Vann. Following this transfer, Mr Vann retains a beneficial interest in 2,095,042 ordinary shares representing 0.50% of the Company's issued share capital.

Darren Ogden, Chief Finance Officer, transferred 400,000 esure Group plc Ordinary Shares, representing 0.096% of the Company's issued share capital, to his wife Mrs Samantha Ogden. Following this transfer, Mr Ogden retains a beneficial interest in 1,210,498 ordinary shares representing 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital.

All the shares were gifted and transferred for nil consideration. All transfers occurred in London.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4(1)(a).
