Board Change at esure Group plc

esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Board has appointed Nick Hugh as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 June 2018. 

Nick is the Chief Executive Officer of the Telegraph Media Group, a role he has held since June 2017, prior to this he was the Chief Operating Officer, having joined the company in January 2017. Before joining the Telegraph Media Group Nick worked at Yahoo for eight years, with his final position as Yahoo's Vice President for EMEA. He previously spent more than 15 years at various companies, including BT and advertising technology specialist, Phorm.

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13R (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Mr Hugh.
