("EnSilica", the "Company" or the "Group")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
EnSilica (AIM:ENSI), a leading mixed signal chip maker, has been notified that on 13 April 2023 David Tilston, non-executive director, purchased 9,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 66.15p per Ordinary Share (together the "Share Purchase").
In addition, and separate to the Share Purchase, EnSilica has been notified that on 13 April 2023 David Tilston, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 66.0p per Ordinary Share and subsequently repurchased into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA") 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 66.3p per Ordinary Share (the "ISA Transfer").
Following the Share Purchase and the ISA Transfer, David Tilston holds 59,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.076% of the Company's issued share capital.
