EARLIER PERMITTED BY LICENSE NO 12C TO 23 OCTOBER 2018

On 04 June 2018, the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America ("US Treasury") granted an extension of the authorization period for all activities earlier permitted in General License No.12C by insuring a new General License No.16 to 12:01 a.m. on October 23, 2018
