Annual Report and AGM
Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group") is today posting its Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. Empresaria's AGM will be held on 18th June 2009 at 12.30pm at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at One Hanover Street, London, W1S 1YZ.
