Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group") is today posting its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to its shareholders. The AGM will be held at 12.30 pm on 29 May 2012 at the offices of Altium Capital Limited: 30 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4AL.
