Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Company")

DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified that Mrs Belinda Hunt, the wife of Mr Miles Hunt, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today transferred 446,700 Empresaria ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") to Mr Hunt for nil consideration.

Following this transfer, which represents 1.3% of the total issued share capital of the Company, Mr Hunt and his connected parties continue to be interested in 3,837,571 Shares, representing 11.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
