Awards pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
The Company announces that on 15 March 2016 the Remuneration Committee of the Company granted awards in the form of nil cost share options ("Awards"), pursuant to the Company's LTIP approved by shareholders on 10 July 2008, to the executive directors over 437,855 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:

The Awards were made based on a share price of 88.1 pence per Ordinary Share, being the average quoted closing mid market price of the Company's Ordinary Share on the five trading days following the release of the final results from 2 March 2016 to 8 March 2016. The LTIP's performance criteria are based on EPS and share price performance.
Vesting of the Awards is subject to the achievement of the performance criteria of the LTIP over the holding period to March 2019, following release of the Company's preliminary results for the financial period 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
