Acquisition of minority interest in PT Monroe Consulting Group (Indonesia) ("PT Monroe")
Empresaria, the international specialist staffing group, announces that, pursuant to a shareholders' agreement originally entered into on 16 April 2009, it has increased its interest in the issued shares of PT Monroe by a further ten per cent. Empresaria now holds a 90 per cent. interest in PT Monroe. The consideration, payable in cash, is £0.3 million.
PT Monroe specialises in executive search in Indonesia, targeting the consumer goods, health, industrial, professional and technology industries and forms part of the broader Monroe brand servicing clients across South East Asia and Central and Southern America. In the year to 31 December 2014, PT Monroe generated revenue of GBP 1.2 million and profit before tax of GBP 0.5 million.
