Empresaria Group PLC30 April 2007 30 April 2007 Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group") Additional Listing Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today and the passingof the resolution, it is expected that the 9,230,770 ordinary shares of 5p each("Ordinary Shares"), the subject of the placing and management subscription,will be admitted to trading on AIM, and that dealings will commence, on 1 May2007. In addition, the Group has also applied to the London Stock Exchange for theadmission to trading on AIM of 202,702 Ordinary Shares on 1 May 2007 in relationto the deferred consideration for The Recruitment Business Limited ("TRB").Empresaria acquired 68 per cent. of TRB in February 2005 for a totalconsideration of up to £2.025 million, made up of an initial consideration of£1.3 million and a deferred consideration payable on the financial performanceof TRB. The 202,702 Ordinary Shares are to be allotted and issued to the TRBshareholders in respect of the financial performance of TRB for the 24 monthsended 31 December 2006. It is expected that admission will become effective,and that dealings will commence, on 1 May 2007.
