("Everyman", or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 18 December 2020 that Mr. Paul Wise, Executive Chairman of Everyman, transferred at £1.20, 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP on 18 December 2020 (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer there is no change to Mr. Wise's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Mr. Wise and his persons closely associated are interested in 2,956,752 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.25 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
