("Everyman", the "Company" or the "Group")
The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 1 November 2018 at 3:00pm under RNS Number 0817G.
The price Mr Adam Kaye purchased the 27,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), was incorrectly stated as 194.44 pence in the above referenced announcement, with the correct price being 199.44 pence. This error resulted in the aggregated price being incorrectly stated and has been amended from 194.90 pence to 199.49 pence. The date of this purchase was also incorrectly stated, with the purchase of 27,500 Ordinary Shares taking place on 30 October 2018 and the purchase of 2,500 Ordinary Shares taking place on 31 October 2018.
All other details remain unchanged.

Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 31 October 2018, that Adam Kaye, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on the 30 October 2018 and 31 October 2018.
Following the above transaction, Mr Kaye and his persons closely associated (PCAs) are interested in 5,164,682 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
