Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that, between 13 and 20 May 2026, Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased a total of 127,083 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchases, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in 6,221,110 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
