Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified that Philip Jacobson, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 12,560 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company for a price of 202 pence per share on 24 October 2018.
Following the above transaction, Mr Jacobson is interested in 86,336 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
