Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, between 28 June 2018 and 2 July 2018, Adam Kaye, Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 26,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for an average price of approximately 215.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchases, Adam Kaye holds a beneficial interest in 5,384,682 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.67 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
