In accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules, the following information has been published or made available to the public during the twelve months ended 5 June 2009 in compliance with Part 6 of the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000, the Listing Rules, EC Regulation 1606/2002 on the application of international accounting standards and the Companies Act 2006.
