In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:The issued share capital consists of 16,006,239 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights, including the 1,712,392 ordinary shares issued to Aspect Software UK Limited, at a price of 73 pence each (being the average closing mid-market price for the 90 days prior to the investment being agreed), in accordance with the strategic partnership and re-seller agreement announced on 4 February 2013.The above figure of 16,006,239 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
