Aged 42, Ms Parylo brings 14 years experience in delivering strategic, financialand business value to eg solutions having held a number of senior financepositions within both UK and International companies. A graduate of Keele University, Ms Parylo started her career in 1989 at NevilleRussell Chartered Accountants in Birmingham. In 1993 she moved to the Birminghamoffice of FTSE 100 listed 3i plc, where she enjoyed a succession of internalpromotions over a twelve year period. Subsequently, Ms Parylo progressed to theposition of Finance Director within Keane Limited in Coventry; part of KeaneInc, the US quoted business process and IT services firm. Ms Parylo was most recently employed as Finance Director of Lichfield-basedNextiraone UK Limited, a subsidiary of Dutch registered €1 billion privateequity company NextiraOne Group BV. As a member of the UK Board of Directors andwith overall responsibility for a 35 strong finance function, Ms Parylo was partof a senior team whose focus was on the implementation of strategic planning inorder to deliver consistent year-on-year growth.
