eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office workforce optimisation software group, announces that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2015 have today been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy. They will also be available on the Group's website: www.egsplc.com.

The Group's AGM will be held at 10.30am on 12 May 2015 at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ.
