Director's Shareholding

eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, was notified on 8 October that Elizabeth Gooch (Chief Executive Officer) transferred 4,471,145 shares in the Company from Brewin Dolphin Nominees Ltd to her own name.

There has been no change in Elizabeth's overall notifiable interest in the Company as a result of the above which remains at 5,304,080 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
