Corporate Update
London - 19 December 2008: Further to the announcement that Mercator's Australian subsidiary, Mercator Gold Australia Pty Ltd ("MGA"), had entered into Voluntary Administration on 9 October 2008, the Company confirms that MGA continues to be in control of the Deed Administrator. As a result, the preparation of the Company's annual Report & Accounts remains in progress, and will not be released until after 31st December 2008. A further update will be provided during January.
