PDMR Share Dealing
Eckoh (AIM: ECK), announces that Cameron Ross, Eckoh's Director of Payments Strategy and a PDMR of the Company, and his wife, Catherine Ross, have each sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were sold at an average price of 37.47 pence per share.
Following the respective sales, Cameron Ross holds a total of 1,219,978 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.50 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Catherine Ross holds a total of 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.45 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
