Eckoh was notified on 26 August 2009 of the following share buying by Mr Christopher Batterham, non-Executive Director and Chairman designate of the Company:
On 26 August Mr Batterham bought 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 8.25p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Batterham has a beneficial interest in 500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
