Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 5 March 2010 it granted a total of 2,000,000 options under the Eckoh plc Share Option scheme (1999) to certain Directors of the Company, each option having an exercise price of 5.125p per share. The details of the grants are as follows:

The exercise of the above options is conditional on the closing price of a share, on any day following the third anniversary of the date of grant, must be greater than the exercise price of the Option by RPI over the three years plus 15%.
