Thomson Intermedia PLC18 April 2007 18 April 2007 Thomson Intermedia plc Appointment of Michael Greenlees as a non-executive Director Thomson Intermedia (AIM: THN), the media insight group, has appointed MichaelGreenlees as a non-executive Director with effect from 18 April 2007. Michael Edward Greenlees, aged 60, brings with him a deep understanding and wideranging experience in both advertising and marketing services. He was a founder of GGT (Gold Greenlees Trott) in 1980, and following itsacquisition by Omnicom in 1998 for £143m, he became President and ChiefExecutive of TBWA Worldwide and subsequently Executive Vice President and BoardMember of Omnicom Inc. Since 2003 he has been an independent advisor in the newmedia and advertising related sectors. Michael is currently Special Advisor with General Atlantic, a leading globalprivate equity firm. He also serves on the Board of Hewitt Associates, a globalhuman resources outsourcing and consulting firm where he is Chairman of theCompensation and Leadership Committee and member of the Nominations andGovernance Committee. He is a member of the Governing Council of WarwickUniversity. He will chair the Board's remuneration committee.
