Director Resignation

Dewhurst today announces the resignation of Mr Alan Warren, Non-Executive Director, with effect from 30 June 2020.

Alan joined the Group Board for a two year period in June 2018 following the acquisition of A&A Electrical Distributors Limited ("A&A") and has supported the successful transition of A&A's commercial functions to new senior management as well as input to the wider strategic objectives of the Group Board.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Alan for his involvement and wish him well for the future.
