Dewhurst PLC24 January 2006 Dewhurst plc Result of Extraordinary General Meeting At the Company's EGM held earlier today, Shareholders passed all resolutionsrelating to the acquisition of Traffic Management Products Limited and thecancellation of the Listing of the Company's issued share capital on theOfficial List. Accordingly, the Company has applied for such cancellation whichis expected to become effective at 8.00am on 22 February 2006. Application will be made to AIM for the issued Ordinary and A Ordinary NonVoting Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM andadmission is expected to be effective at 8.00 am on 22 February 2006.
