Buy-Back of Shares
Praetorian Resources (AIM: PRAE; PRSS) announces that it has completed the on-market buy-back of an aggregate of 7,858,015 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share. The buyback shares along with the 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares currently held by the Company in treasury will be cancelled.
The Company's issued share capital post the cancellation will be 43,635,936 Ordinary Shares.
Following the cancellation the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,635,936 with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. The figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company has in issue 23,205,443 subscription shares which carry voting rights only in limited circumstances. Shareholders are not required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, subscription shares under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
