Duke Royalty Limited("Duke Royalty", "Duke" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE) announces that Neil Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Duke Royalty, informed the Company on 6 October 2017 that on that day he purchased 100,000 Duke Royalty ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per share via his family trust, the RBK&C Trust, of which he is a beneficial owner.
Charlie Cannon-Brookes, Executive Director of Duke Royalty, informed the Company on 6 October 2017 that on that day he purchased 191,484 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38.88 pence per share.
Arlington Group Asset Management Limited, of which Charlie Cannon-Brookes is a director and shareholder, informed the Company on 6 October 2017 that on that day it purchased 142,635 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38 pence per share.
Following the purchases of these shares the total holdings and percentages of the voting rights of the Company are as follows:

Neil Johnson's holding when aggregated with the RBK&C Trust and Abingdon Capital Corporation (of which he is a director and shareholder) equates to 1,760,000 shares or 3.88 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
Charlie Cannon-Brookes' holding when aggregated with Arlington Group Asset Management Limited equates to 3,100,000 shares or 6.84 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
