Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and abroad, announces that Charlie Cannon-Brookes, Executive Director, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 43.6p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Cannon-Brookes has a total beneficial interest in 5,400,000 ordinary shares in Duke, including 2,500,000 held indirectly through Arlington Asset Management Limited.
