The company has received communication from World Crest Advisors LLP, an entity forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company, informing the company of the successful completion of the Open Offer process for acquisition of Equity Shares of the Company.

Post completion of the above mentioned Open Offer process, the shareholding structure of the company as on 25th July 2018 will be as follows:
