The In-Principle approval of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for grant of provisional license with effect from April 1, 2021 is inter-alia on the following term and conditions:

ü Company shall enter into an Agreement with MIB, Government of India, containing terms and conditions of the 'Guidelines for obtaining license for providing Direct to Home (DTH) Broadcasting services in India', as amended upto 30.12.2020.

ü Company shall obtain and provide to MIB the other necessary clearances as envisaged under the DTH guidelines.

ü Company shall provide the Bank Guarantee in terms of the DTH Guidelines.

Impact/relevance of such approval/license to the listed entity

The DTH operation of the Company will be governed under the new DTH Guidelines.

Withdrawal/cancellation or suspension of licence/approval by the regulatory or licensing authority, with reasons for such action, estimated impact (monetary or otherwise) on the listed entity and penalty, if any

Period for which such approval/license is/was valid

20 years with effect from April 1, 2021, upon completion of required formalities by the Company

Subsequently, the listed entity shall inform the stock exchange(s), the actual impact (monetary or otherwise) along with corrective actions taken by the listed entity pursuant to the withdrawal, cancellation or suspension of the key license/ approval
