Subject: Update regarding a suit filed by World Crest Advisors LLP against, inter-alia, Catalyst Trusteeship Limited and Yes Bank Limited

Dear Sir

This is in continuation of our earlier disclosures including the disclosure dated June 19, 2022, regarding a suit filed by World Crest Advisors LLP ("Plaintiff"), a promoter group entity, against, inter-alia, Catalyst Trusteeship Limited and Yes Bank Limited, before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay ("Court"). The Company is one of the defendants in the said Suit.

Vide disclosure dated June 19, 2022, the Company had informed that the Company was served with an Appeal preferred by the Plaintiff before the Division Bench of the Court against an order dated June 17, 2022 of a Single bench of the Court, which had not granted the ad-interim relief of the Plaintiff seeking, inter-alia, that pending hearing and final disposal of the Suit, Yes Bank Limited be restrained from voting at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company scheduled to be held on June 24, 2022.

The Division Bench of the Court, through an order pronounced today, has dismissed the Appeal so filed by the Plaintiff. The order of the Hon'ble High Court in the matter is yet to be published.
