The Company has completed the dispatch of Annual Report for the financial year 2017-18 comprising inter alia Notice calling the Annual General Meeting, Auditors' Report along with Annual Audited Financial Statements on a standalone and consolidated basis, Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report, Business Responsibility, Proxy Form and Attendance Slip, electronically to all the members whose E-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Depository Participant(s) and physically to all other members at their registered address, on Tuesday, the 4th day of September, 2018.
