Intimation regarding GDRs of Dish TV India Limited
Noida, India; September 26, 2018 - Dish TV India Limited (LSE:DTVL, BSE: 532839, NSE: DISHTV) is pleased to inform that giving utmost importance to the feedback of its GDR holders the Company has agreed with its depositary, Deutsche Bank Trust Americas, to discount the cancellation fee of U.S. $ 0.05, per GDR, payable upon cancellation of GDRs in order to withdraw deposited property by U.S. $ 0.0325 per GDR.
This amendment reduces the fee for cancellations to U.S $ 0.0175, per GDR, with immediate effect.
