This is to inform you that pursuant to applicable regulations the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., July 9, 2018, has inter-alia Considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter and three months period ended on June 30, 2018 of the financial Year 2018-19, both on standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under Ind-AS, duly reviewed by M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, the statutory Auditors of the Company, together with Limited Review report thereon;
