Dillistone Group PLC15 June 2006 Dillistone Group Plc, a leading supplier of software to the executive searchindustry, is pleased to announce that trading in its shares on AIM commencestoday. The Company has raised £250,000 in a placing of 200,000 new ordinary shares at125 pence per share. In addition, a further 320,000 existing ordinary shareshave been placed at 125 pence per share. The new and existing ordinary shareshave been placed with certain institutional and private clients of RowanDartington. On Admission the Company has 5,400,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issuewhich, at the placing price of 125 pence per share, gives the Company a marketcapitalisation of approximately £6.75 million.
