Further to the announcement by the Company earlier today relating to the proposed Rights Issue to raise approximately GBP55 million and the proposed acquisition of Trafo Holding AS which trades as Noratel, a copy of the combined circular and prospectus dated 5 June 2014 (the "Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

A copy of the Prospectus when published will be available free of charge and during normal business hours from the registered office of the Company and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.acalplc.co.uk.
