Director Shareholding
Acal plc (LSE: ACL, "Acal" or the "Group"), a leading European specialist electronics supplier, announces that Graham Williams, Senior Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 350 pence per share, yesterday and has purchased a further 8,250 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 397.50 pence per share, today. Following this transaction, Mr Williams is interested in 19,450 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
