discoverIE Group plc (the "Company")

Director Declarations

As announced earlier today by Flowtech Fluidpower plc ("Flowtech"), and further to the Company's previous announcement on 14 May 2020, Malcolm Diamond MBE, Non-Executive Chairman of discoverIE Group plc, will retire as Non-Executive Chairman and step down as a Director of Flowtech with effect from 1 August 2020.

Separately, further to the Company's previous announcement on 31 March 2020, Clive Watson will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Trifast plc, with effect from 30 July 2020.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(R).
