Director Shareholding
Acal plc announces that Nick Jefferies, Group Chief Executive of Acal, has increased his notifiable interest in the Company following the purchase on 2 August 2010 of 14,634 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 205 pence per share by his wife, Mrs S Jefferies.
Following this transaction, Nick Jefferies holds a total of 30,126 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
