Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), discoverIE Group plc, a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics for industrial applications, announces that Tracey Graham, Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Nationwide Building Society plc with effect from 28 September 2022, and has informed the Board of Ibstock plc of her intention to step down as a Non-executive Director at the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2023.
